Join us for a powerful 90-minute healing experience that blends two of the most effective mind-body techniques for emotional well-being and nervous system restoration: conscious breathwork and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping).
This gentle, guided class is designed to help you release stress, clear emotional blocks, and restore a deep sense of calm and balance-no experience necessary.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, fatigue, or simply seeking a deeper connection to your body and breath, this masterclass offers a safe, welcoming space to recharge and realign.
Breathwork techniques are used by Navy SEALs, elite athletes, and trauma survivors. The approach goes far beyond deep breathing. It’s a practice in activating your body’s natural healing intelligence.
EFT (or “tapping”) is a science-backed method that combines acupressure, psychology, and nervous system regulation. By tapping on specific meridian points while acknowledging your emotions, you send calming signals to the brain-reducing anxiety, grief, and emotional overload.
This class includes:
- 90-minute guided healing circle
- Dan Brulé-inspired breathwork journey
- EFT tapping session for nervous system reset
- Light journaling & optional reflection

In this class, you’ll learn how to:
