About us
This group is an invitation to orientate yourself on the teachings and practice of the modern Gnostic way as being taught and lived by the Golden Rosycross.
The International School of the Golden Rosycross is a contemporary gnostic school of members and pupils transforming their consciousness through their daily life.
To be a Rosicrucian means discovering and awaken the latent divine centre of the spirit-spark in the human heart, and attach that so-called Rose of the Heart to our own life represented by the Cross.
The source of this knowledge is the Universal Wisdom itself, which manifests in all times, cultures and peoples.
The Golden Rosycross presents to seeking human beings a process through which they can find and go the path of self-transformation.

Rosycross and Gnosis: a 5-part exploration
# Discover the meaning of life through gnosis: the knowledge of the heart
What is the meaning of our life?
It is a question that has occupied people for centuries. We invite you to explore, in a series of 5 meetings, how this exploration can lead to an inner path of discovery toward new consciousness.
Gnosis, the knowledge of the heart that reveals the mystery of human existence, will serve as a guide line in this process. Together, we will search for this essence and delve into the questions life throws at us. Which is why we call these meetings ‘an inner exploration’.
What does this exploration consist of?
The exploration consists of five meetings. Four meetings will take place live at the Embassy of the Free Mind in Amsterdam and will also be streamed simultaneously on Zoom, so you can join us online as well.
The fifth meeting is a joint national day at Renova, our conference centre in Bilthoven.
Each meeting has its own theme, in line with Rosicrucianism and gnosis. At the start, you will receive the texts containing the themes.
During these meetings
» we will explore the core ideas of the Rosicrucians
» we will delve into various Gnostic-Hermetic themes
» we will exchange ideas with each other and share experiences
» and address the question: what is true awareness?
Together we will explore the meaning of life and discover how this exploration may lead to an inner path to new consciousness.
There are 5 explorations – 4 in Amsterdam (and online) and 1 at Renova, Bilthoven
Start | Tuesdays, Oct 13, then: Oct 27, Nov 10, 24, Dec 6
Time | 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm (doors open at 7:30 pm)
Location | Embassy of the Free Mind
Keizersgracht 123 | 1015 CJ Amsterdam
