Cheese and Wine Quiz in aid of MIND

This is information for Maidenhead Rotaract volunteers only

Our biggest fund raiser of the year - the annual cheese and Wine Quiz.

The hall is booked and we're starting to put plans in place - we need all members who can to help out on the night, so please sign up.

For those of you who don’t know this is an annual event to raise money for our charity of the year (in previous years we've raised about £2k!)

We invite guests, other rotary clubs, friends, family and colleagues as well as some eager 'quizzers' to participate in a quiz which we write ourselves.

Each table gets a complementary platter of cheese, bread, grapes, celery and pickle and everyone gets a complementary drink on arrival. We then have a bar selling drinks and a raffle We do all the prep for the night and run the whole night so any help is appreciated.

More details nearer the time but please keep the afternoon/evening free :) This is an event we put on purely by ourselves so we need all hands on deck to make sure it happens.

We have roughly about 10 tables of 8 people, so about 80 people attend so it’s a big event to put on but we can defiantly do it once again !
