🦃 Gobble gobble! Join us for another special volunteering day at Interchange Food Pantry for their annual Thanksgiving Giveaway!! We will pack & distribute the ingredients of Thanksgiving meals for people in need! Over 1000 families are expected to benefit from this annual event.
Update: Interchange says they would appreciate help from as early as 8:00am. We are updating this invitation accordingly, but if you cannot arrive until 8:30 or later that's OK.
Rotaract Milwaukee is proud to partially fund the food being distributed this weekend thanks to a grant from the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International!

About our Grant: Rotaract Club of Milwaukee is part of the Rotary International network; one of the features of that network is access to annual grants from the Rotary Foundation. Over the past 5 years, our club has raised and donated over $10,000 towards community service projects in the city of Milwaukee.

Day of information: our volunteer shift runs from 8:00am to 11:30am, but if you are unable to attend for the whole time slot do not worry – just let us know ahead of time when you expect to arrive/leave. When we arrive, we will be provided an orientation about the different roles which volunteers need to perform (such as packaging, helping with “shopping”, etc..). Depending on what jobs need to be done that day, you may need to be on your feet a lot – remember to bring water 😊.
