This week, on March 19, 2026, we’re honored to welcome a special guest from The Pencil Box, a Tulsa nonprofit transforming classrooms and changing lives—one supply at a time.

Every day, teachers across Tulsa County reach into their own pockets to make sure their students have the basics: pencils, notebooks, paper, books, and the tools that make learning possible. The Pencil Box steps in to lift that burden. Through generous donations from individuals, businesses, foundations, and community partners, they provide free classroom supplies to underserved students and the teachers who support them.

Teachers can “shop” at their free store, selecting exactly what their classrooms need.

The result is simple but powerful:
Students show up prepared. Teachers feel supported. Learning sometimes becomes possible for everyone.

Why This Matters
When a child has the right tools, confidence grows. When a teacher has resources, classrooms thrive. The Pencil Box is helping ensure that no student in Tulsa County is held back because of a missing pencil or an empty backpack.
