Start with some basic energy balancing techniques, add in breath work and a combination of standing and floor poses to work on increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. Class ends with meditation to quiet the mind and allows us to focus on yoga essentials that will help to improve your health and sense of well-being. Please bring a yoga mat, block, strap, towel and water. Drop-in fee is $10 per person, per class. Pay by the month for a discounted fee of $ per class. Classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30 -6:45 pm inside the Rotary Park Environmental Center. *No classes held on government-observed holidays.
