Mindful Movement - Hatha Yoga on the beach of Crystal Lake

This class is designed for students of all experience levels, from beginners to those with years of practice. This class begins with grounding breath work before moving mindfully through floor and standing poses aimed at building strength, flexibility, and balance. Every class ends with a savasana to quiet the mind, soften the body, and regulate the nervous system. Options and modifications are offered (and encouraged) so each pose can work for you. Class will take place on the sand, so please bring a mat, towel/blanket, water, and blocks. Drop-in fee is $10 per person, per class.
