Attachment and Family Constellations Workshop: Exploring Emotions, Attachment, and Relationship Dynamics
Join us for a unique and experiential workshop that blends insights from Attachment Theory with Family Constellations. This session is designed to help you explore emotions, attachment patterns, and relationship dynamics—not just by thinking, but by feeling and experiencing.

Why Family Constellations?
Family Constellations is a powerful, experiential method that allows you to move beyond thinking and connect with your emotions and subconscious mind. Sometimes, understanding isn’t enough—we need to feel and experience a shift to create meaningful change.

What to Expect
In this workshop, we’ll work with both group and individual exercises to explore:

• Emotions and how they relate to your attachment patterns
• Specific relationships and where you might feel blocked or stuck
• How to connect to your felt sense to gain new insights

We’ll use a combination of small family constellation exercises, group discussions, and personal reflections. This format allows you to engage with both your own experiences and those of others, creating a deeper understanding and opportunities for growth.

Optional: Full Constellation Spot
There will also be an opportunity for one participant to receive a full, guided constellation to work through a specific personal issue. If you’re interested in taking this deeper step, please contact me directly. (Note: There is an additional fee for the full constellation.)
