this free workshop is an invitation to rest creatively. you don't need to be good at it. you don't need to treat this as a productive self-care evening (really, you can do whatever feels good and owe no explanation to anyone).

this guided session is for you if:

  • you feel tired, overstimulated, burnt out;
  • being chronically online means just scrolling and browsing;
  • you want an activity that feels nourishing, not demanding;
  • or perhaps in-person workshops are a little bit too much for you.

so. what are we gonna do?

  • a short energy check;
  • 2 simple visual journaling prompts that cannot be done wrong;
  • gentle reflection & (optional) sharing;
  • a small closing ritual that you can also do in your own time.

you can show up exhausted, in your pjs, camera-off, with your cat. comfortable. the meeting will not be recorded.
