We present a project aimed at accurately measuring packages in a warehouse setting. Initial attempts employing traditional computer vision techniques and classical camera calibration methods across multiple viewpoints were unsuccessful. Subsequently, deep learning approaches for monocular depth estimation were explored, yielding moderate success. A reconfiguration of the camera setup—entailing strategic repositioning of the camera itself and the integration of improved hardware—ultimately led to the development of a reliable and effective measurement solution
