In this half-day workshop, you’ll learn how to take control of aperture, shutter speed, and ISO, and finally understand why your photos look the way they do.

We start with explained theory, then head out outside to practice on real subjects: cyclists and trams in motion, bright skies, and the city’s striking architecture. You’ll try each setting yourself, see the results straight away, and get personal guidance along the way.

What you’ll learn:

  • How aperture, shutter speed, and ISO work together
  • How to create moting blur or keep everything sharp
  • How to freeze motion or capture it on purpose
  • How to shoot in low light without noisy photos
  • When to use manual mode and when not to
