Welcome – What This Evening Is All About
If you’re new to us, welcome! This is not a complicated or “woo-woo” event. It is a simple, science-backed evening where we use gentle breathing to bring the body into natural healing states.
We use a device that measures Heart Rate Variability (HRV) – the tiny changes in time between each heartbeat. When your heart, breath, and emotions come into balance, the device lights up green and shows “coherence.” This coherent state is linked to lower stress, better sleep, clearer thinking, and faster physical recovery.
We know that when hearts come together in collective coherence, something powerful happens.
Your individual heart rhythm becomes smoother and more balanced. This positive state ripples outward — it affects not only you but also the people around you and the energy of the whole group.
The Bigger Picture: HeartMath research shows that groups of people in coherent states create a collective coherent field – a shared calm and positive energy that extends beyond the room. By improving ourselves, we gently raise the coherence of the whole group, our community, and even wider circles.

What Happens – Exact Schedule (Thursdays)
6:45 pm – Doors open. Arrive, settle in, have a cup of tea, chat quietly if you like.
7:00 pm – Short 5-minute welcome & introduction (we explain everything simply).
7:05 pm – Guided group meditation begins (only gentle breath, heart-focus, about 40 minutes). The facilitator will connect an HRV device to a volunteer for readings so you can see the readings later.
7:45 pm – 8:15 pm – Light interaction, testi: – Simple blessing circle ) – Herbal tea and space to connect with others – Time to share experiences if you feel like it, or simply sit quietly
The evening ends at 8:15 pm. You leave feeling lighter, feeling blessed grounded, and connected.
HRV scores explained simply:
Your heart does not beat like a perfect metronome. There are tiny natural variations between each heartbeat.
A higher HRV score shows your nervous system is flexible, resilient, and in rest-and-repair mode.
A lower HRV score often reflects stress, fatigue, or overload.
You get your personal score in just 2–3 minutes, explained in everyday language. This gives you a clear, live picture of how your body is doing right now and how the practices affect you.

You can participate from home with your own cup of tea – the energy and guidance are the same.
Practical Tips for First-Timers
Wear loose/ comfortable clothes.
Phones are silent (we keep the space peaceful).
The meditation is seated on the floor/chairs. Please bring your own cushions or cozy blankets if needed.
Children are not suitable for this event (it is a quiet adult space).
