Bird Walk/ Walking Fall Series- Five Rivers Environmental Center

Details
Bird Walk at Five Rivers Environmental Center
8 am to 10/11 ish
Free, donations are welcome.
We'll be looking for locals and fall migrants.
If you would like to see the birds, please bring your binoculars and field notebook or Ebird app to keep records. Water and other necessities for an easy to moderate hike. Waterproof footwear is highly recommended.
If there are participants who are only interested in walking, we can split the group, since birding isn't always aerobic.
This hike is flexible time-wise, we'll shoot for 2-3 hours.
Five Rivers' trails offer a variety of difficulty levels. I'll decide on a route once I know the needs/wants of the participants.
The restrooms are usually available by 8. But they'll be available for sure when the center opens at 9 am.
If the temp is less than 45 degrees and/or it is raining or super windy, this walk will be cancelled.
This series will occur most Saturday mornings this fall- Sep-Nov.
We'll rotate around to several good birding/walking trails. If you'd like to sign up for more outdoor events, please join my low-impact exercise group, where I post all of my walks. https://www.meetup.com/low-impact-exercise-meet-up/?eventOrigin=your_groups
