The evening begins with an introduction to the dance genre and it's historical lineage by experts in the industry, followed by a dance class with the instructor, and open dance floor for the night! Each week we pair our dance genre with a traditional crafted cocktail by our mixologist team to pair with the evening!
The distinctive "cha-cha-cha" sound that gave the dance its name comes from the shuffling of dancers’ feet on the floor, mimicking the rhythm of the music’s triplet step pattern.Cha-cha is characterized by its 2-3-4&1 rhythm, compact footwork, and playful, flirtatious energy. It blends the Afro-Cuban musical roots of son and rumba with the elegance of ballroom, making it both grounded in tradition and adaptable to modern sounds.
