This group currently leans on a small number of people to run it. That's a single point of failure worth addressing on our own terms rather than discovering the hard way.

We'll open a group discussion on distributing leadership and decision making, with a working session to walk through the creation of a testnet4 multisig for the group before going live on mainnet and assign volunteer roles and responsibilities. See the sign up and idea spreadsheet here.
