Monday WIP is a sub-group of RRWG that shares and critiques submissions. Because participating in a critique session asks members to be vulnerable, we require all participants to attend at least one meeting before joining the WIP group.

Once you've attended a meeting, you can join the WIP Participant group on Discord where we upload submissions and critiques. A more thorough explanation of WIP requirements and expectations is available once you've attended a WIP session and have decided to become a member. You can request information on getting on to Discord via a post or direct mail here in Meet up to either admin (David or Kathi).

During the meeting, submissions are critiqued in order of submission. We use a modified version of the Milford-Style Workshopping Method (http://cascadewriters.org/milford-style-workshopping/). Each person assigned to critique the piece is given a chance to give their feedback, then anyone else who would like to give feedback is given the opportunity. In the name of expediency, authors are asked to remain silent during the critiques. Authors are given time to respond after all critiques have been given. The amount of time allotted to each person will depend on the number of submissions and the number of people providing feedback.

**How to join**: The link for this Zoom visible on this page for those who RSVP. Clicking the link will ask you to enter a password. The link & password are posted on Discord AND will be emailed to all RSVPed participants approximately 30 min prior to the meeting start time.
