Volunteer Project: Graph Database for Humanitarian Aid Activity Data

Details
For a volunteer project, we're collaborating with Humanitarian AI meetup groups on seeing if we can setup and maintain an up-to-date copy of IATI's entire corpus for complex query testing and for humanitarian organizations to use to power prototype applications supporting relief efforts linked to Ukraine.
IATI is an XML standard and open data sharing channel used by over 1000 humanitarian organizations to report aid activities in granular detail that is supported by the UN and mandated by many government development agencies.
Christopher Pinkel, a Software Development Manager experienced in working with graph databases, will answer questions about our use case and on getting our database setup. Depending on availability, staff from the Norwegian Refugee Council will join the discussion to talk about their Ukrainian relief operations.
