# New Paint Class Boneclaw, with Painter Sara on Saturday, March 28th, from 11am to 4pm, 6 Seats Maximum

Hello, All.

I’ll be hosting a ‘Learning to Paint’ class for beginners. We’ll use the "Boneclaw Paint Kit" by Nolzur’s Marvelous Miniatures which includes paints, brushes, pallets, and the mini. Everything you need to paint the mini will be supplied, and goes home with you at the end of the class! I’ll talk a bit about acrylic paints and their properties, how to apply a good base coat to a miniature, and different techniques like dry brushing, washing, layering, and thinning for color tinting translucent parts (wings in the case of the Hellwasp Kits). The "Boneclaw" Kit presents a chance to learn about painting desiccated flesh, tattered cloth robes, and yes, Bones and Claws.

At the end of the class you’ll have a painted miniature you can take home, the supplies from the kit, and the skills to paint more!
