Tokyo Roleplaying Society is happy to give a shout out and our support to our friends at Sons of the Singularity and Chaosium with their convention and release party for the Japan-themed Call of Cthulhu book Sutra of Pale Leaves at Nagoya next month! If you are interested in a day of gaming in English and Japanese outside Nagoya, come join us! Especially if you are interested in running a game, let us know. They are still looking for GMs of any system. Signups for GMs are accepted via their homepage, but please let us know as well. Thank you!
If you are planning on attending, please join via this event as well, and write a comment in the comment section if you are planning on running a game. This helps us coordinate with SotS and they might also be able to provide hotel rooms at competitive rates!
Here is more information, but please find the full context, including how to sign up for running a game and getting tickets on the official homepage (https://sonsofthesingularity.com/kaijucon/):
Join us on July 12th at the Nagoya International Center for a full day of tabletop roleplaying games, board games, and community fun! Whether you’re a seasoned gamer or new to the hobby, KaijuCon is the perfect place to play, connect, and explore.
Ticket price is 2000¥. Game events are free with a ticket. Tickets are available at the door, with discounted tickets online. You can also get a “reservation ticket” if you plan to buy tickets at the door; this helps us plan the event.
