Paranormal Affairs Canada / The Dam at Otter Creek / Otsuka RPG Day

You are Paranormal Affairs Canada (PAC) agents, sent to meet with representatives of the Crowe Valley Conservation Authority in the small town of Marmora, Ontario, Canada. You've been tasked with investigating a series of mysterious events (strange sounds, missing people, unlikely drownings) along the Crowe River on either side of the Marmora Dam and Generating Station.

If the incidents are, indeed, paranormal in nature, you are tasked with containing the situation(s) and ensuring the Veil remains in place.

Paranormal Affairs Canada (PAC) - known as Affaires Paranormales Canada (APC) in Quebec - was formed in 1920, originally as a section of the RCMP. Prior to 1920, paranormal investigation and policing in Canada was under British control via The Knighthood until 1873, and then by the newly-formed Directorate of the Weird (now MI13).

PAC's mandate is twofold:
- To protect Canadians from supernatural and extraterrestrial threats.
- To maintain the Veil and contain any breaches.

Notes on System

- PAC is built on the Fate system.
- It uses Fate/Fudge dice (the ones with the + / - symbols). Bring 'em if you got 'em, but I have a plenty for anyone who doesn't.
- Pregens will be provided.
