D&D 5e / DIE NUNYA DIE! / Otsuka RPG Day
Details
It’s not easy being a hero.
You’ve crossed more worlds than the gods ever bothered to name: from the blood-soaked alleys of Skullport, where you once heisted a goldfish from the Xanathar itself; across the void of space to the lightless depths of an evil monastery on a dying world and its disciples of entropy; to being unmade by the Lady of Pain and reborn in the endless maze of the City of Doors. Now the multiverse itself teeters on the brink of extinction as Vecna draws world after world into the Shadowfell. And for reasons no one fully understands, you are the only thing standing in his way—an unfortunate situation, given that you’re not very good at saving reality.
It’s not for lack of effort. You’ve tried. You’ve failed. You’ve died—dozens of times over the last century or so. Each reincarnation leaves you a little frayed, a little forgetful, never quite certain what the last version of you learned before everything went wrong. This time, though, you were close: the Eye and Hand of Vecna were in your grasp, the keys to a forbidden tome containing the secret to unraveling his plans. Then came the betrayal. Nunya—an evil, cunning incarnation of your once-naïve, well-intentioned former companion, Poot—vanished into the labyrinthine City of Doors with the Eye, the Hand, and the book itself.
Now, as you set out to find and confront your former companion, the fate of the multiverse hangs in the balance, and your purpose is finally, brutally clear:
NUNYA MUST DIE.
