Virtual - CAPM/PMP Study Session

Before meeting, create a Google account (https://mail.google.com). You will need this to log into Google and connect to the Virtual Meeting (Google Meet).

The organizer will create a meeting with Google Meet (formerly Hangout) 10-15 minutes before the meeting's start time. Once the call has been started, the direct link/url will be posted within a comment for that meeting's calendar event. You may use the direct link/url to join the call via computer or dial in via phone.

For first time visitors:
• Test your video, audio speakers, webcam, and/or mic BEFORE the meeting starts. The live meeting is not the place for testing your hardware setup.
• Unless you are a presenter, you don't need a working mic or webcam. You may just watch the presentation and use the built-in chat window to ask/answer questions.
