The Agile brand has been tarnished, and we’re in the middle of an Agile crisis. Layoffs are common and the Agile certification mills are drying up. The anti-Agile sentiment at an all-time high. We've been blasted with ‘Agile is dead’ articles for years now, but it never was this bad.

We’re obsessing over the wrong things in the Agile community, like Scrum Guide adherence, Agile maturity models, the new Scrum expansion pack and bloated scaling frameworks. All these topics are a waste of time. The C-suite doesn’t care about any of these things and they’re right not to.

There are much bigger fish to fry. It’s time to step back and ask: what fish should we be frying?
