Heather Noggle serves as the Interim Executive Director for Missouri Cybersecurity Center of Excellence
Following a career of over 25 years of experience in technology and operations with a career in HR prior to that.
I also do technical business consulting and writing work through my company Codistac, and my husband, Brian, provides quality assurance consulting.
Most of that long career is within the Software Development Life Cycle - SDLC, and I've been securing things longer than we called it security. I have a great love for software requirements and functional and technical specification writing.
My work at MCCoE helps small businesses, non-profits, and the public sector secure their part of the connected world - security the region. We also train interns - building cybersecurity knowledge and skills into the workforce, including encouraging a business lens for critical thinking and integration regarding technical skills.
