Communication That Brings Connection : introduction.

How to speak honestly and stay in connection?
How to keep the connection in moments of conflict and hurt?
How can i see and connect to the life and beauty behind things that people say or do, that trigger pain or hurt in me?
How can we grow from conflict into more intimacy and more connection?

Last introduction evening for 2018 ! before we go into a series of full-weekend in depth workshops (starting in Lisbon 19-20/1)

in this workshop i will be giving a short, basic introduction to Communication that Brings Connection (based on NVC- Nonviolent Communication) i will share one (or two, depending on time) useful and daily tools with you, that can be used to enrich and support relationship in all life circles (love relationships, family, work, friends, and the one with ourselves)

At its heart, NVC holds an intention to connect, so that even in the most challenging conflicts (with others, or within ourselves) we are able to see the human beauty in one another, so that we can connect, express ourselves with honesty and invite an authentic, connecting dialog.

About the trainer:
Yael Dan, originally from Israel, i grew up as the first out of 13 kids, so communication has and is always been big part of my life. i discovered nonviolent communication few years ago, and found it such a beautiful gift to all my relationships, they have became deeper, more authentic and more intimate, and now conflicts sometimes can even create more intimacy and connection.
in these days i am starting the process of becoming a certified trainer, in the meantime, i enjoy spreading the sparkles and the beauty that NVC can give to us, in whichever place i find myself in.

✨ Contribution : a sliding scale between 10-25 euro per person. this will support me to grow as a trainer, offer more workshops, and also pay for the lovely place that hosts us. If money is what prevents you from coming, please contact me and i am sure we will find a way together.
