How to express myself honestly and keep the connection with the other person?
How can I connect in moment of pain and conflict?
How to hear fully the message of the other person?
How to be heard fully?
How to transform a difficult message into a language that will show what is really important to me, and keep the other person involved?
I am welcoming you, beginners and experienced in NVC - to join this combined day, designed for deepening into practice and embodying some useful tools from Nonviolent Communication
This day will be divided in two parts:
Part 1: a short 2h introduction to The Heart Language : in which I will give the basic - short theory, and then practice and examples.
Part 2: will consist 3 hours of facilitated practice, role play, duos and group games.
This part we will open to people who attended my workshops before.

At its heart, NVC holds an intention to connect, so that even in the most challenging conflicts (with others, or within ourselves) we are able to see the human beauty in one another, so that we can connect, express ourselves with honesty and invite an authentic, connecting dialog.
About the trainer:
Yael Dan. a people loving human, passionate about people, love and Nonviolent Communication.
Teaching NVC since 2017, mostly in Portugal, Spain and Israel. On the path of becoming a certified trainer by the CNVC.

Part 1: from 11:00-13:00,
Part 2: 13:50-17:00
✨ Location: Lisbon, will be given upon registration (near LX factory)
✨ Contribution : donation based, with a suggested donation between 30-70€ for the whole day, and 15-30€ for the second part.
This supports me in my path of growing as a trainer, and help cover the costs of the training and transportation and preparing materials.
