The initial idea of this group was to experience different Liberating Structures in different cities of northern Portugal, and we can say we are indeed succeeding... First Braga, then Porto and now Aveiro =D

Join us at 'Nokia' office to put in practice the string and structures our design team has prepared to refine the purpose that emerged in the previous session!

About our Design Team for this meetup:

Isabel Michiels (www.linkedin.com/in/isabel-michiels-work-for-happiness) is a Project Leader and helps others through the projects she leads to be Happy at Work.
Before starting her last journey in the Test & QA sector for the Financial Industry, Isabel worked for more than 20 years in IT for the Insurance Industry for Portuguese, French, Spanish and Polish clients allowing her travelling for business, always looking for new challenges giving her rich professional experiences.
When she experienced to be a Scrum Master, she discovered the power of Management 3.0 tools. Isabel is now a Supporter of M3.0 and likes to explore it whenever possible. She continually seeks to increase her knowledge with new frameworks and techniques wich can bring motivation, productivity and must of all Happiness into her daily work.
Currently Isabel works with remote Teams which is also a great challenge she embraces because she believes it is a model of work which is in expansion!

Ricardo Mestre (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ricardomestre/) is a co-founder of Ricardo J Mestre Lda, which has trained employees of companies such as Luxair, Shopify, Vodafone Cairo, Allianz, the Bank of Georgia, TomTom and Car2go.
He worked as an Agile Coach in HERE Technologies (formerly a Nokia company), and Microsoft. He has 20 years of work experience in Software, in Portugal, Netherlands, and Germany.
He is an Agile Practitioner since 2007 – started with Scrum, later added Kanban and LeSS to his toolset, and is now on a daily journey to become a better Agile Trainer and Consultant every day.
