The initial idea of this group was to experience different Liberating Structures in different cities of northern Portugal, and we can say we are indeed succeeding... First Braga, then Porto, Aveiro... And now it was supposed to be Viseu, but we'd better save it for later ;)

About our Design Team for this meetup:

José Carvalho (https://www.linkedin.com/in/josé-carvalho-02239218) While working on IT, has performed a multitude of roles from software testing to customer support, IT maintenance and software development.
Having found at an early stage the power of engagement towards commitment he has since been interested in learning skills and experimenting techniques that can potentiate improvement.

Nuno Mateiro (https://www.linkedin.com/in/nmateiro/) Started working as a Design Thinker before he even knew the term existed. Has an international certification in Neuro-linguistic Programming, Coaching and Lego®️ Serious Play®️ method, being a staunch supporter of the use of serious games for knowledge transfer.
Works as a facilitator and trainer in soft skills, behavioural and commercial areas. Loves being with multi-sector teams accelerating solutions for complex situations.
