Building voice into your webapp
by Alex Lakatos, JavaScript Developer Advocate at Nexmo
This talk outlines the basic mechanics of conversation and the WebSpeech API, introduces core principles to design by, and presents you with a practical UI to start creating voice enabled webapps that engage, delight, and truly help your users. We'll also be building a voice enabled bot using JavaScript and then we'll add it to an Angular Material app.

Alex Lakatos is a JavaScript Developer Advocate for Nexmo. In his spare time he is a Mozilla Tech Speaker and has been a contributor to the Mozilla project for the past six years, based in London.
