Join me for a monthly nourishing Yoga class as I guide you on all things YIN. We’ll meet once a month where you can slow down and work on cultivating a state of stillness as part of a self care Sunday routine.
✨Yin Yoga is a passive and meditative practice which is floor based.
✨Yin targets the connective tissues (fascia), joints, bones, ligaments and the deeper network of the body.
✨Postures are held for approx. 5 mins.
✨Yin helps to release stress and tension in the whole of the body.
✨Yin restores balance and increases energy ~ the flow of prana/chi/qi
