About this class
The focus of this session alternates between Compassion Focused Body Mindfulness and Compassion Focused Self Healing Touch. A beautiful collection of healing practices Compassion Focused Body Mindfulness. There has never been a more important time to include regular meditation in your life. Meditation will not only support you to destress, relax and build your immune system, but as you relax and destress you will be supporting others around you to do likewise. There is the opportunity to offer Compassionate Touch to parts of yourself that are suffering or parts that want attention, or simply whatever arises. The sessions take a number of different forms. If you have parts that feel awkward, uncomfortable, vulnerable, nervous or similarly about the idea of doing this practice, rest assured, you are not alone. Many people do, and they usually find that within a matter of a couple of minutes these parts naturally relax and the benefits flow in. Other parts of yourself may be encouraging you to give this a go; I do encourage you to listen to these parts. This is valuable for everyone and particularly suitable for those who believe they didn’t receive or integrate enough unconditional love as a child.About Karen
Over the last 20 years, as a leadership, executive, business and personal coach, I have helped hundreds of clients with leadership and personal challenges in order to achieve happiness, wellness and success. All my coaching has had a compassion focused dimension to it. I have also been leading Compassion Focused well being initiatives for charities; (e.g Crisis, Age UK; a Cancer Charity and Mind) and for others. Many have testified to the positive impact on their well being. My claims to fame are: I have coached in front of 1.5 million people on the UK’s most popular day time programme on ITV (UK’s answer to The Oprah Show). Over four years, I wrote for Natural Health Magazine as The Soul Doctor and The Life Coach contributing a page addressing readers’ life challenges every month. I have also showcased my compassion focused well being sessions on BBC1 (The One Show), and on international TV as far afield as South Korea (in a documentary on dance for well being).ABOUT US

This is a 20 minute daily morning meditation practice from Finbarr a
