About us

I started the Ruby Drift Singles Collective because I noticed how hard it can be to meet genuine people who are actually looking for something real. So many dating apps feel shallow or temporary, and I wanted to create a space where locals who are serious about building meaningful relationships could connect in a more natural, relaxed way. It hit me after chatting with a few friends who kept going on first dates that went nowhere what if we could skip the awkward small talk and just get to know each other through real experiences?

We usually plan our meetups for weekend afternoons or early evenings, mostly on Saturdays, because that’s when most people have the time and mental space to truly be present. Whether it’s a nature hike, a wine tasting, or a cozy dinner at a local favorite, we time things so you can enjoy the moment without rushing off to work or stressing about the week ahead.

We meet every two to three weeks, which gives everyone a chance to stay connected without it feeling overwhelming. It’s frequent enough to keep the momentum going and give you multiple opportunities to meet different people, but spaced out so it doesn’t take over your social calendar.

If you’re tired of swiping and small talk and actually want to meet kind, sincere people who are ready for something real, this is your invitation. The Ruby Drift Singles Collective is about slowing down, showing up as yourself, and connecting through shared moments that matter. Come as you are all we ask is that you’re open, respectful, and genuinely looking to build something meaningful. Let’s make space for real connection, one great event at a time.
