Getting your first developer job as a new programmer

RubyBelgium is happy to organise an event about how to find your first developer job and what to expect in the interview process.

This is not a job fair, but we'll have several hiring managers (tech or not) discussing "the other side" - ie, how companies and especially startup sees the hiring process for junior developers.

While this process vary from company to company, this will give you some insight about the industry and how to approach it.

We'll do a round table then open to the room for questions.
