New Join Form 📄
Team FEDUP (Front End Design, User experience & Product) reworked the join form to use the pattern library and a/b tested it against the old one. This allowed us to use new web form conventions and improve our conversion rates!

Self Serve Payments 💰
A proportion of Flick customers miss paying their bill every week, and get in touch with the customer support team and sort out a manual solution. We built an integration with Windcave (formerly DPS) to support customers doing this themselves. Come find out how many microservices we needed to modify to build this!
