Introductory Meeting for Our Meditation Sessions

Hi Spiritual Students!
For our first online meeting, I will introduce you to an open-eyed, double-breath meditation that was put forth by Swami Rudrananda (Rudi) back in the 1960's to early 70's. I have been practicing this for over 12 years.
From my experience, it is a very powerful tool in my spiritual growth toolbox.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing, and sit comfortably in a chair or lotus position on the floor if you wish. (I will be sitting in a chair.)
This form of Kundalini Yoga transmits Higher Energy through my eyes to your eyes.
After I explain the technique, we will start a meditation session which will last for 20 minutes followed by a brief question and answer period for this first class. We will end the Zoom meeting at the 40 minute mark or sooner.
It is important to keep still during the entire class, even during the part where I ask if there are any questions as there will be an energy connection with the group.
