The Construction to FM BIM is still mystical to many. Warren and Mahoney and Asbuilt will present on BIM use on the Mason Bros building. Asbuilt carried out the point cloud scan on the heritage building from which W&M created a revit model and documentation. Asbuilt returned at construction stage to assist NZ Strong with subtrade modelling, coordination and preparing the model ready for FM.
