Your journey begins with a delicious Caribbean afternoon tea, featuring treats like mango-glazed jerk chicken wings, plantain cornbread muffins, and our legendary mini rum cake.

After you’ve had your fill, the fun begins with a Damoiseau Arranges Rum tasting session led by Jaz from Skylark Spirits.

Once you have sampled the rums, you then get to make your own!
That’s right, with the help and guidance of Jaz, you will select and cut your own fruit and create your very own fruit rum to take away with you!
