Wednesday Night Run

Every Wednesday we meet at the Fleet Feet at Preston & Forest (11811 Preston Rd.) for a 3mi run (with an optional add on to make it 5mi). Typically we have runners at various pace groups (anywhere from 7min/mi to 14min/mi). We aim to start running at 6:30pm, but occasionally we start a few minutes late. After folks will often enjoy a beverage as we catch up on the week's happenings.
