Jogging from Fortress Hill to Sau Kei Wan and back

We'll take a lift up the hill and run along Temple Road. Then we'll run downhill to the waterfront to Sau Kei Wan and back to North Point. The total running distance is 7 Km.
Dinner together in a Chinese BBQ (燒味) restaurant after running.
You need to be able to run 7 minutes /Km to join this running.
