***** Run @ Foster City Shorebird park *****

Hi Folks,

I hope all is well and you are staying safe and healthy! This week we'll run alongside Bay View trail, Foster City. This gorgeous trail sits right adjacent to Bay. Total distance that we'll run is around 6-8 miles. All paces are welcome! Even if you plan to run shorter distance, please feel free to join us.

P.S: We'll start warm up at around 7.30 am and within a few minutes will start our run.
