The Run Club movement has expanded its reach into the western parts of Miami for some time... and Baptist Health Kendall Run Club & Go Run are growing and fueling that demand. Come join us for a free run through some of the Kendall neighborhoods close to the Go Run shop. We have a pace for every level and we provide instruction for beginners. Runs start with a warm-up and meet & greet followed by the 3-3.5 mile run/walk. After the run we will cool down and a short core workout. The intent isn't just the running but the friendships and connection with people who want to live healthy active lives.
