Join us for a beautiful and easy 5k run along the Kihei coast! We’ll start at Lava Java Coffee Roasters and make our way past all three Kamaole beaches. We’ll return the same way, with a slight detour by Charley Young Beach.
This route includes some nice hills to test your legs and work on your breathing technique. Take them at your own pace and enjoy the views! 💪🌊
After the run, stick around for coffee and good company! ☕😊
