Stretch and get loose before your big run!

Are you jumping from the couch or office chair and hitting the pavement without proper stretching? Are you having trouble touching your toes? Do you find yourself scooting, heel-toeing, or straight-leg kicking to run? Are your hips and back tight? Is your current stretching routine quick, light, and dynamic? Do you feel uneven when you run? If your answer is yes to any of those questions, you need to take my class.

Classes are SATURDAYS ONLY from 7:00am-7:50am.

Sessions are $25 each. Pay by Zelle to info@ktraxsports.com
Memo: "Stretch"

Sessions include warm up drills which may include walking or running, so make sure you have good supportive shoes.

Bring a yoga mat (preferably a thick one for cushion) or a towel. Sometimes the mornings are cold, dress accordingly. Bring water. Stay hydrated.

Let me know when you’ll be in attendance. No sessions will be held on rainy days.
