Do you prefer road or trail? What are your favorites?

Love both - more familiar with road because it's easier to get to when running solo, but looking forward to trail running with friends

What events are you training for this year?

Definitely a 1/2 Marathon; possibly a Full depending on how my knee cooperates.

What distance and pace do you usually run?

Still adjusting to altitude - used to be closer to 8 min/mile; now closer to 9 min/mile for longer runs (and rough days).

Approximately how many miles per week do you run?

20 - 30, more when training for longer events.
