4 Mile Run in Rutherford - meet at Rutherford Train Station

This will be a 4 mile run or so through the streets of Rutherford. If you want a completely flat run, this run's not for you as there are gradual uphills and downhills throughout the run.

You are strongly encouraged to wear reflective gear. Evening running in the fall and winter seasons means a fair amount of darkness. Safety first!

Please keep your RSVP current. Please do not RSVP "Yes" and not show up. Out of courtesy, the group waits 5-10 minutes for people who have posted a "Yes" RSVP. Waiting for no-shows is just a waste of the group's time
