Long Run at NCR trail-Monkton

Looking to work off all that wonderful Thanksgiving food? Trying to get one last long run in before the December races? Lets meet at the NCR trail Monkton parking area. If the parking lot is full, its easy to park on Monkton Rd and walk over. The goal is to run around 12 miles. This organizer will be running around 10:30 mile pace. All paces are welcome as NCR is impossible to get lost on. I was thinking we could head south towards Ashland as I havent visited that part of the trail in a while. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
