Running & Coffee For Mental Health :)

Hey guys :)
Excited about this event on Sunday the 4th of May, from 10:30am until 12am, which is a 30-minute run followed by a 1-hour round table coffee social where I will make sure that everyone feels welcome and is included in the conversation :)
The purpose of this event is to improve mental health, reduce anxiety, boost health and fitness, and provide the space for new friendships to form!
The format for the event is as follows:
We will meet outside the library of Birmingham, everyone will be put into pairs for the run, we will set off for the run at 10:30am at a pace suitable for the whole group and, finally, we will go for a coffee :') My advice is to get there a few mins early so you don't miss us setting off.
The outcome of this event is that you will feel more secure in yourself when conversing with people, you will feel less held back by your current challenges, you will have improved your health and fitness and you might make a new friend or two :)

*Everyone is welcome to come down to 2x of these runnings events for free and if you want to keep on attending I will then charge £5/event to cover the cost of running the group (meetup fees, travel, time etc.)
