Benefits of Physical Activity on Mental Health
Engaging in regular physical activity, such as running, has been proven to have a positive impact on mental health. Running promotes the release of endorphins, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being. Group running combats loneliness and is an opportunity to not only run for the physical benefits but also for the mental health boost that comes with every stride.
What to Expect:
- A supportive and inclusive community, the purpose of the group is to connect with others
- Opportunities to connect with fellow runners
- 3k to 5k scenic runs along Battersea Bridge
- Non-competitive, enjoyable sessions
- Tips and guidance from Cecilia
- Optional - join Cecilia for a coffee and mental health topic chat at the end.
Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to prioritise your well-being, connect with like-minded individuals, and enjoy the beauty of running in London.
