Originally started as Running Friends of Southwest Florida, with life changes and a move up the East Coast, we’re ready to start a new chapter of RF in the Champlain Valley! (Super excited after all these years the original group is still going strong!)
We welcome all runners and absolutely love diversity. If you’re looking for a run group that focuses on competition, you’re in the wrong place!
