Thursday Run: Malvern CVT and Sly Fox

The weather is looking better, let's get back to regularly scheduled runs!

I am posting this for CVT in Malvern, changing the start location to the Target parking lot side so we do not have to start and end the run by crossing a street!

Running distance, pace and time is up to the individual, we will generally be out about 45 minutes.

After the run, we will regroup at Sly Fox in Malvern.
